Cancellation Policy
- Orders can be cancelled within 12 hours of placing the order, provided the order has not been shipped.
- To cancel, contact us at [email protected] with your order number.
- Once an order has been shipped, it cannot be cancelled. You may initiate a return after delivery.
Return Policy
- We accept returns within 7 days of delivery.
- The product must be unused, unopened, and in its original packaging with all tags intact.
- Perfumes and skincare products that have been opened or used are not eligible for return due to hygiene reasons.
- Products received in a damaged or defective condition are eligible for return. Please share photographs within 48 hours of delivery.
How to Initiate a Return

- Our team will review your request and respond within 24-48 hours.
- Once approved, you will receive return shipping instructions.
- Please ship the product within 3 days of return approval.
Refund Policy
- Refunds will be processed within 7-10 business days after we receive and inspect the returned product.
- Refunds will be credited to the original payment method used during purchase.
- Shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to a defective or incorrect product.
- For COD orders, refunds will be processed via bank transfer.

- Products without original packaging or tags
- Gift cards and promotional items
- Items purchased during clearance or final sale
Exchanges
We currently do not offer direct exchanges. Please initiate a return and place a new order for the desired product.
